sweet deal! sigma em-140 dg for nikon
i live in northern illinois. i've had some real bad dealings from brooklyn camera dealers in the past, but 47th st. photo is non-typical! i bought the sigma em-140 dg for my nikon d-100 because the nikon sb-29 does not support d-ttl in digital slr's. (i try to stick with nikon products, but i think they all went on vacation on d-ttl). after just 4 days, the ups man handed me the box and i signed for it. (signing is a good idea that eliminates all possibility of theft or shady dealings). i read the manual well, then slammed 4 ni-mh batteries into the flash. it defaulted on ttl and i shot a series of test photos with my d-100 at f29 so all would be in focus (dof). this is a great macro flash! the photos came out perfect. (what the sb-29 should have been). previousy, i had just one trusted brooklyn camera dealer, but now i have 2. great price ($299), and everything went perfect! i will buy again from this fine dealer, 47th st. photo. bravo!

i got very good service. accidentally ordered a lens for a canon, while i have a nikon. i called them up, got and rma and returned the lens with overnight shipping as i had an event to shoot a friday, and the wrong lens arrived on wednesday. they received the return on thursday afternoon, and promptly shipped out the proper lens overnighted and it was in my hand friday morning.
